How it's used
Vaporized (the efficient route — 160–180°C), infused into butter or oil, or brewed as tea with a fat source. Onset minutes when vaped, 1–2 hours when eaten.
Dosing it honestly
With 10% CBD flower, 0.25 g vaped delivers roughly 20–25 mg CBD before losses. Start with a small bowl or a quarter-gram infusion.
